Our Beginning

Like many Egyptians, we faced endless traffic, high fuel costs, constant car repairs, and no reliable alternatives. We asked ourselves:
How can we create a smarter, affordable, and sustainable way to move?That question led us to a simple but powerful idea: local mobility solutions built for Egypt.

From Fun to a Big Idea

Inspired by Fast & Furious and the thrill of drifting, our founder built a drifting tricycle just for fun. But what started as passion quickly revealed a bigger gap:

• No go-kart arenas in Alexandria.

• Imported e-scooters that failed in Egypt’s tough roads, heat, and repair ecosystem.

So we built our own i tried the imported E-scooters but they weren’t built for our reality.

Many models failed on rough roads, overheating in our climate, lacking local service and spare parts, and carrying price tags that didn’t make sense here.

They solved the idea of micromobility, but not the real problems Egyptians face.

That’s when I knew we needed a local solution engineered for our streets and our people.

The First Breakthrough

Our first prototype go-kart turned into an unexpected success:

• A single customer didn’t just want 1 kart he ordered 12.

• We iterated, tested, and delivered, proving Trophy could scale.

• Our first prototype Escooter was monster we called it Leopard inspired from the legendety German tank

• we got many requests to buy our locally-built E-scooters

durability, colors, and quality after sales service make us grew organically, spreading by word of mouth. and helped us to improve our Models

The Call That Changed Everything

Then the phone rang. The president of the Egypt Japan University Of Science & Technology invited Trophy to join the university incubator. I couldn’t believe it — but we said yes.

That call turned a passion project into Egypt’s first go-kart and e-scooter startup.
